How to search desiccant patent?

It depants on several ideas:

1. Search desiccant patent, but the patent title and abstract shoud include desiccant, we can use Quick Searh to do it.

2. The desiccant patent title and abstract shoud include desiccant, but the titile and abstract should not include silica gel dessicant, we have to use Advanced Search function:

TTL/desiccant and ABST/desiccant andnot “silica gel desiccant”

3. Desiccant date range searching, we can specify a range of dates you are interested in searching, rather than having to specify a certain day or month to narrow your search.

Example: isd/11/1/2001->5/12/2002

This query would return all the issued patent in the data base which were published any day on or after Nov. 1, 2001, and before or on May. 12, 2002.

If we plan to search the desiccant patent, which titles include desiccant, and the time is from Nov. 1, 2001 to May. 12, 2002,

TTL/desiccant and isd/11/1/2001->5/12/2000

can meet your demands.
