1、你有进出口经营权，注册后未用，现在启用，先到海关、商检确认一下，是否都已备案齐全，在到国税局确认一般纳税人，再到外管局申领核销单，让各部门知道本企业要做进出口贸易生意了，这样你就可以做了，因为你把公司所需要接触的部门全确认备案申领ok，你操作也就不会发生问题

2、每个人、每个企业的第一步都很难，但慢慢的跨出去，以后就容易多了，所以不要畏惧，其实都很简单
