MySQL 的 LOCAL_INFILE 用处？
编译安装中，很多人都把默认的 denabled_local_infile 设置成了 1，但是默认确实关闭的，请问打开这个功能有什么用呢？谢谢！

ERROR 1148: The used command is not allowed with this MySQL version
