Default 做外贸向工厂采购货物，是选择一般纳税人还是小规模纳税人好？
其实小规模纳税人也可以到税务大厅代开增值税发票,征6%退6%.
理论上,价格优势比一般纳税人还好.

但从商品开发成本和长久发展趋势来看,小规模纳税人的生产规模难以与外贸的规模效益配套.加上小规模纳税人身份的工厂的经营管理水平的局限性,所以不主张开发小规模纳税人身份背景的货源.
