要录的软件或者网页用沙盘打开（360卫士中就有），屏幕录像专家再录制。（原理：相当于在两个不同系统中运行，软件或者网页无法屏蔽运行在最上层系统的屏幕录像专家，在沙盘中根本检测不出来真实系统中运行的程序）
