晚期癌症病人常会出现营养不良、恶液质,导致水电介质紊乱.深静脉置管的应用满足了临床救治的需要,减轻了晚期癌症病人每日输液扎针的痛苦.但在每次输液时需使用输液玻璃丝进行连接,并用胶布反复固定.病人翻身时容易脱落,且皮肤易发生胶布过敏.我科对2004年1～6月收治的100例晚期癌症病人应用美国ICU医疗公司生产的可来福(Clave)接头代替传统输液玻璃丝连接,效果显著.现将护理报道如下.
