如何取消DEDE首页的index.html后缀

一是按官方给的更新说明替换index.php的内容生成动态，
二是直接删除CMS根目下的index.php文件，
三是使用.htaccess文件，内容如下：DirectoryIndex index.html index.htm index.php index.shtml index.cgi
