做代理出口的话 一是不清楚货物具体情况 要承担一定的风险，退税都是小事，影响公司在海关心目中的定位可就得不偿失了，因为现在的外贸企业都在争取能够做提前退税，所以自己的货用自己的核销单，代理货用别人的，风险转移了，效益也得着了，两全其美.
