How to change TERMS & CONDITIONS of x-cart v5

At www.cheapglasses.net , I have modified "TERMS & CONDITIONS
" to "Frames", but all site still displays "TERMS & CONDITIONS
", not "Frames". How to update, pls?

Have you changed the link name on the Content -> Menus back-end page?

You should change that also.
