Hyphen or Underscore?
Google does seem to treat the underscore as a separate character rather than a space.
You can see the difference by doing a search for a phrase both ways. your-keyword-phrase returns the same results as your keyword phrase However,your_keyword_phrase will return completely different results. I believe that a hyphen is more appropriate than an underscore. |
