.htaccess wont work with
 

my directory get intnel error with it but if i remove it then my categoies wont work.

comment out the
Options blah blah
lines with a # in front of the Options
I think there are two of them

you can also try and add

RewriteBase /

right after

RewriteEngine On


This works sometimes also
