how much pr5 or pr x backlink for pr5 ?
as far as I know, 18 PR5 backlinks will bring your page in to PR5. If you can't get PR5, then you need more than 100 PR4 backlinks to boost your page to PR5.
or: Get one or two PR7 backlinks, that should do it.
